What an incredible day at The Hairy Pig! We had the pleasure of welcoming Emmy Award-winning documentary filmmakers Alex Emanuel and Donna Blackburn, together with Kurt Zdesar and Jordan Sclare, the renowned team behind restaurant groups Chotto Matte, Ping Pong and Nobu London, for a very special day of filming.
It was a privilege to share our passion for Swedish wild game and our story behind what we do every day.
